Welcome to Arachi ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our B2B logistics platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Role of Arachi
Arachi operates exclusively as a digital marketplace and software provider connecting shipping customers ("Shippers") with transportation providers ("Carriers"). Arachi is not a freight forwarder, broker, or carrier. We do not take possession, custody, or control of any cargo.
2. No Liability for Transport
Any agreement for the transportation of goods is made directly between the Shipper and the Carrier. Arachi assumes no legal liability or financial responsibility for cargo loss, damage, delivery delays, uncollected payments, or any disputes arising between Shippers and Carriers.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your company, cargo details, and legal documents.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your shipments comply with all applicable local and international laws, including customs and dangerous goods (ADR) regulations.
4. Service Availability
While we strive to ensure maximum uptime, Arachi does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for maintenance or policy violations.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
