Importers and exporters send their requests to several carriers through Arachi. As a forwarder you can answer requests quickly and also create a catalogue profile so that new customers can find you.

How requests reach you

A customer adds you to their carrier base and sends a request. You receive a personal link for that request by email.

Open the link to see all the details: route, weight, volume, dates, special requirements.
Enter the price, currency, transit time, notes and a document if needed.
No registration or password is required. The page works well on a phone, in Azerbaijani or English.
You can update the quote later or send an alternative offer.

Being visible in the catalogue

You can register as a freight forwarder and create a public profile with your company description, services (road, sea, air, rail, multimodal, customs, warehouse), coverage and contacts (phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, email).

Importers and exporters find you in the «Discover carriers» section and add you to their base in one click. You can hide your profile from the catalogue at any time.

How to make your answer stronger

Reply quickly: customers often wait for several offers and decide fast.
Say what the price covers: customs, terminal, insurance. In Arachi you can tick «what is included» in your quote.
State transit time and validity.
Offer an alternative: for example a cheaper but slower option.
Attach a document: a tariff table or terms.
